Currently living in Aracaju, Brazil, I was born in São Paulo and spent most of my life in Itamira, a small city in the northeast of Bahia. I’m a self-taught programmer, 34 years old, and specialized in JavaScript/TypeScript, with additional experience in Rust, Python, Haxe, and Wren.

I enjoy working on open-source projects. I have a great interest in creating tools and utilities. My experience spans frontend development, creative programming, game development, and graphic design.

Currently, I work as a Senior Developer and Tech Lead at Cubos, where I started my journey as a Junior Developer in November 2020 (I started programming in 2011, so I had rapid growth). I’ve worked on projects for clients such as Cubos Academy, WeWork Latam, Bom Consórcio, Zig and more.

I’ve developed solutions for digital banks, coworking marketplaces, investment management platforms, digital course systems, and others. As a frontend technical leader, I’ve supported teams in implementing unit tests and creating component libraries. Together with other stack leaders, we created a document defining the “Developer Evolution Ladder”, establishing clear expectations for each level. I also actively participate in the hiring process to ensure quality hiring and assist in strategic development decisions.

In open-source I am currently working on several personal projects. These include Pindoba; Cut Branches; and Argila. Additionally, I contributed to the Rome Toolchain project, where I was the website maintainer and created it’s logo (today, Rome has been discontinued and a fork was created by the community called Biome). I was also a beta tester for the Luxe Game Engine, contributing through bug reports and developing modules in Wren.
